Today we had a great time in class! The ladies learnt 5 new soca moves while we worked it out! Class was on fire! The ladies had the opportunity to perfect their wine and juke. How many different ways can you juke or wine? I can wine and juke in a number of positions! LOL! My students will tell you this class works on your endurance while helping you workout the waist line. Today's class focused on introducing the newcomers to basic moves while challenging the veterans on their stamina & agility to hold the wine, juke, roll, figure 8, etc... while performing another move simultaneously! Everyone did a SPECTACULAR job with the move titled " the 90 with a pause". Are you curious of what that looks like? Pure Pressure!!!!!!!!
